Kim Etherington, Broker
I began my career in real estate in 1988 and with almost 30 years experience, I have worked in every type of market. I appreciate that although I have worked with thousands of people while assisting them with the buying and selling of their homes, each is an individual and will have unique goals and needs through this process. As such I believe in being open minded and adaptable in my approach. This is a services industry and my number one priority is providing a high level of service to my clients and insuring their interest are represented to the fullest. I consider it a privilege to take part in this process along with my clients. Buying or selling a home is an exciting process and it can be a lot fun. When things do get complicated, I have the knowledge base and negotiation skills needed to ensure my clients are taken care of. The 3 “E’s”; Experience, Excellence and Enthusiasm are the foundation of my business.
Sam Tkalec, Sales Representative
I worked as an unlicensed assistant for over a year before I became a licensed realtor in 2017. This was an extremely valuable experience and provided on-the-job-training that most new realtors don’t get. I was an intracule part of the entire process of many transactions before I became licensed. Working as part of a team with a very experience realtor/mentor means I always have access to that level of experience through my team members. I appreciate that clients trust me with their largest investment. I take this process very seriously and ensure I am always working toward their goals. One of my favourite things about being a realtor is that every day is different than the one before. I am flexible in my approach to problem solving and this approach is very valuable when facing challenges in a deal.
